
Katherine’s practice includes preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent applications in various types of subject matter, including aerospace products, medical devices, automotive products, beauty products, pet products, and various mechanical apparatus. Katherine’s practice also involves prosecuting foreign and domestic trademark and copyright applications, proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and litigation support for intellectual property claims. In addition, she has extensive experience in IP Licensing and M&A due diligence.
Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Katherine was an embryologist at a prominent Newport Beach fertility clinic. As an embryologist, she was able to help many couples realize their dreams of having a family.
